Default CBT conversion schedule?

I keep reading about how the preliminary exams are going to be switched over to CBT, and I know right now P and FM are already there. Is there a schedule or tentative schedule of when each of the other exams will start being offered via CBT? Tommie Frazier said that C will be CBT in Fall 2009. Is that the next one, or will MFE or MLC go before then?

Just a hunch, but I imagine C will be the next one because it is jointly administered (SOA/CAS).

MFE/3F is also jointly administered. I've heard more rumblings about actually converting that one, which is why I figure it's next.

C is the next one in fall 09. no idea about the other prelims, but they will go eventually. F 2010 at the earliest. (my guess)

WAG: They probably need more time to build up a bank of questions for MFE/3F before moving it to computer based testing.
