Yes, except that Sir K's healing modifier is +8.

Skill checks in general have a bonus of (A) 1/2 your level (B) any modifier from the relevant stat, (C) +5 if trained, and (D) certain races/classes have addtional stat bonuses.

Sir K is spending the standard action to activate CL Eric's second wind. This doesn't take an action from CL Eric. (It's not CL Eric's turn right now -- he can't take actions.) If CL Eric is conscious on his turn, he will get to take his full set of actions.

Oops. I pointed out an irrelevant part of the order, missed on that was slightly more relevant (but since attacking different targets, not important either).

Miss Take, who finished her turn in post 10180, is before Hteb, who took her turn in 10183 (I think those two were in the correct order at that time, but in any case Miss Take did go first.) Lloan follows Hteb.

Anyway, Miss Take should be free to go now.

but clarification still needed, since I don't know where to find it in the PH. CL Eric's surge is 7. He was at -1. Is he now at -1+7=6, or 0+7=7?
