more precisely I should have said I'm pretty sure we don't have the bat guano now. not to speak badly of another adventurer, but
Spoiler:
I once asked our other rogue, Tela, about the appeal of bat guano to a rogue. She said she didn't know about Miss Take, and but for herself, smoking it gave her an awesome high. I had the impression Tela was using some of our supply each evening, and that the real reason she left our party was that our bat guano ran out.

If our supply is intact, Tela must have been getting hers from other sources.

Pulverize it finely or grind it finely. Light.

So do we just want to assume you spend 500 gold on potions so that everybody has 3 and get this thing moving?

Let's spend 2,500, also getting a potion of vitality for Vonteras and CL Eric, and get this thing moving. (Vonteras, Gimli and CL Eric would have potions of vitality, which could be transferred to whomever needs them).

On to the Abandoned City!

Ok, that works.

There is a worn path from wagons and horses that is easy to follow. It seems to be a major route, heading south and then turning east or west depending on the location you wish to go. It is about nightfall when the party reaches the crossroads. There is a large area that is obviously used by many campers. Tonight a couple dwarven merchants are set up with their wagons hiding the fire light. A small band of half-orc farmers is there as well although sitting on the far side of the fire away from everybody else. Their rumored smell could be a good reason for this. One of the dwarfs raises a glass of something to the party and offers to share their ale.

With Vonteras staying back with the ship captain, we're going to need these potions.

Sir K stayed back, not Vonteras. Either would be sorely missed.

Guts is not a drinker but he does want to join the dwarves. Perhaps hear some of their stories and check their merchandise for anything interesting.
