If I understand the PH, page 229, dwarven armor give +1 toAC, also +1 to Endurance Checks, and a daily power of an extra healing surge. (Per post 6902, Duriel has already changed his daily power to give him the option of an extra healing surge per day).

The PH isn't clear about whether dwarven armor can only be worn by a dwarf. It says armor makers can make it for others, but from that I assume that "normal" dwarven armor only fits dwarves. Maybe the DM could clarify what size this armor is.

If desirable, I could give up the horned helm and take the dwarven armor. (That sounds like a good net effect for me, though maybe not for the party as a whole.) Or letting me use both may be the best result, even though so far the helm on my head did more damage to our warlord than to foes.

I'm fine with the armor going to Gimli.

Too late. As much as I wanted to be saying ba$tard sword all the time, it is too much of a pain to type so it is a longsword

Yes. It's a minor action where instead of gaining the normal healing surge amount, you gain 10 hp instead. Since a healing surge is only 5 for me, I would really really like one. :puppydogeyes:
