I just passed FAP IA exam and APC recently. Now when I look at remaining FAP modules and FSA requirements, it seems that I do not fit into a good time line schedule.
Specifically, if I continue with FAP 6-8 modules, FAP exam and 2 FSA modules, I may be ready to start on DP by Jan/2009. It seems too long until next Nov/2009 DP exam. And taking CSP in May does not seem to be right order either. What if I prepare Nov/2008 DP study now and continue with CSP next May, then come back to remaining FAP and FSA modules? I didn't see any where saying this is not allowed. But is this practical in terms of exam dependency and study load? Thank you for your input!

This is very similar to my plan. If you're going to be ready to study for an exam in January, why can't you start studying for CSP in January? As BigDawg said, there's a "recommended" sequence, but that's not required. I believe that document even says something like "your sequence of exams may be different depending on your personal schedule and readiness to take an exam".

Thanks for all feedbacks!
I have read people's posts and felt the CSP is not very dependent on DP. So I decide to do remaining modules first, then May CSP and Nov DP. Only thing hold me back is this rare nice NW Summer weekends.
