Legal action? As a result of posting to an anonymous bulletin board?
Even if this wasn't anonymous, there is no case for a law suit for somebody expressing their opinon on the internet.

Both Prodigy and Delphi have been sued (by different people) in federal court because people posted opinions that caused loss of business. The Prodigy case is Stratton-Oakmont v. Prodigy, where Prodigy was found liable for damages incurred by Stratton-Oakmont for comments published through Prodigy. (I don't remember the plaintiff in the Delphi case, but the situation was very similar.)
If Gina can attribute losing clients to comments posted here, she may be able to sue phpBB, the poster, and possibly Traci and company for defamation and tortious interference of contract. (Suing Traci et al. might be a stretch, but when has that ever stopped a lawyer from filing?)
