Direct e-mails or picking up the phone seems to work best

FWIW, TIA has live seminars that will be starting on Friday, so depending on which email you were sending, they may be prioritizing on communications. Also, sometimes the email thing doesn't work (I don't know why - I've had emails get lost coming from hotmail, yahoo mail, and gmail.)

The best way to get a quick response is calling, as 2M says.
