News: Head coach John Harbaugh was noncommittal at Monday's presser on whether McGahee (ankle) or Ray Rice would start at running back for Sunday's game against Houston, the Baltimore Sun reports.
Spin: The only thing Harbaugh was positive on was that both McGahee and Ray Rice would see carries. Who will earn the lion's share remains to be seen. "I don't know if we know going into the game," Harbaugh said. "We'll find out who is going to play more based on how we match up against this football team. Certainly, Ray has expanded himself with the things he can do and the confidence he builds in the coaching staff."

I don't know anything about mcgahee's status. but it seems like he's going to be in a timeshare at best even if healthy (again, pure speculation on my part).
If I play Torain than I have to decide by Thu otherwise I can wait until Sunday

I probably have deuce as 1a and torrain as 1b. I just have no idea what to expect from him with young coming back. shanahan said in his press conference that he doesn't want to give torain too much work after coming back from a 3 month injury. he prefers to ease him back in.

granted, I don't trust anything shanahan says.

Shanahan has been in RBBC mode all season, and I'd be careful about playing an unproven rookie in his first game. I'd go with Deuce, if he gets suspended then McGahee would be a solid option.

Young might not even play. Hillis is an option though.

If Young sits then Hillis would be a decent option since Torain hasn't been in the offense enough to be a pass-catching threat, but I'd only use him out of desperation.

QB: Garrard @ DET, Cassel vs BUF
WR: Fitzgerald vs SF, Jennings @ MIN, Wayne @ PIT, Evans @ NE, Bowe @ SDO
RB: Peterson vs GB, Parker vs IND, Charles @ SDO, Moore vs IND, Sproles vs KC
TE: Daniels vs BAL, Cooley (BYE)
K: Bironas @ CHI
DEF: Baltimore @ HOU

We start 2 WR, 2 RB, and 1 WR/RB, so I think my only real decision here is whether to start Charles or one of my other WRs

That's a tough one. Don't know what to expect from Charles, Bolts are a 15 pt favorite, blowout would hurt the running game. Wayne vs. Pitt is a brutal match, I guess I would use Evans.

Evans has never found the endzone in 8 games against the Pats...is that worth considering?

I'm playing one of the worst teams in the league and should be favored by a decent amount, but still want to make the best decisions I can
