Default is it too weird if I apply a intern position after graduation

I do not know if it seems too wired to apply a intern position instead of a full time position cause I realize that it is almost close to zero possibility to get a full time position directly with only two exams.

beg for some advice.

1. Yes. It is too weird. There is no reason to seek an internship after graduation.
2. There is nothing prohibitive about getting a full time position in the U.S. with two exams. Other things, like very low gpa, poor interviewing skills, status as an international, etc. might be prohibitive, but two exams fresh out of school in the U.S. is perfectly adequate.

In the U.S., two exams is enough for a lot of people to get a full-time position. You might want to watch out for your English though.

If there are other relevant factors, like your location or citizenship, you should probably enlighten us if you want useful advice.

You can apply for an intern position after graduation. Just tell them you noticed that they had an intern position available, but you were wondering if they were open to possibly hiring full-time since you're really interested in working for them because of XYZ.

It's worth a shot.

my GPA is not too bad and it should be within the top 10 to 20 percent of all graduating students.

my professor told me there was 30 percent of students who got a actuarial job before graduation last year. ( I am in canada and I am not International Students)

I have read many threads here that saying internship is the key which is i am lacking and I really would not just find a job and change back to actuarial area later cause the job searching process is painful and silly.

then, I do not know what could I do instead of applying for a internship( which means I would be paid much lower compensation and absolutely no benefit for my first job)

regarding to the job in the US market, I was told many times that the chance they could relocate me is that I must be extraordinary good.

Just wrote MLC today, not that good, whether I pass or not totally depend on how luckly I am. bad mood, everything is so mess, like wall street.

Anyway, do you guys have the similar situation as mine when you were in the graduating year, if so, would you please give me some advice what should I do and what should not I do.
