Default Crebility Standards

Does anyone know if ISO has a publication that shows their development of credibility standards by line? I am interested in both claim count crediibilities and premium credibilities.

A quick search of ISOnet shows me a 1995 circular, AS-AL-95-7, entitled 'Compendium of ISO Credibility Standards Enclosed.' But nothing after that, so I guess it hasn't been updated since then.
