I emailed the SOA today and they said they just started grading 1/24 submissions. I submitted Can-Do on 1/31 so they estimated it would be another week. Now if I can just get my Module 7 exercise graded...

Got Can-Do for my second submission, hopefully this is just a few little changes and a resubmit and nothing major changes (Don't know how it really could).

Default EOM7 grading

When did u submit EOM7? Mine was on 2/4 and I still haven't heard anything. I was hoping that when the magic 7 weeks elapsed this past FRI, it would have said: Your grading is complete. You were graded as "meets minimum requirements".

+1 Thanks for checking in with them.

PS I submitted EOM7 sometime around 1/24 or 1/17 (don't remember off the top of my head). I'm getting the sense they've started to individually grade them more often, so the 7 week limit apparently no longer applies...

Yes..thanks Actuarialness for emailing them! I guess I can stop checking every few minutes. *sigh*

Based on what I have heard there is no longer an auto-pass date for the EOM projects. They appear to now be grading all of them. Now whether they just open some to make sure they aren't blank or jibberish, while really grading others...not sure. I've been waiting 11 and 10 weeks on EOM 6 and 7, respectively.

I asked them about my EOM7 also and they said it should be graded by end of day Friday, which would put me at 9.5 weeks. Not sure why they would tell me that when you've been waiting even longer.

That is strange. Although it seems as if lately they have been doing them in batch. I notice that alot of people get a grade for an EOM on the same day. My module 3 and 4 were graded on the same day and I had been waiting 14 and 12 weeks on those two. Maybe that means we will get some EOM grades by Friday. Who knows.
