I would appreciate any advice as to what seminar would be best for course 2. I have heard that the NEAS seminar is good. Any input?

After having attended Mad River in April (which was a TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME!) and then going to GSU in September, where I got A LOT out of it, I would say that GSU is bar none the best.

Incidentally, I went to GSU for Course 1 in 2000 and got so much out of it that... well, let's just say I got a really high score.

I went to the GSU Course 2 seminar in September, too. There was this really annoying guy who would not stop talking, it was the worst! He was even talking to himself so much that no one would sit near him!

But do you give the seminar itself a thumbs up? (I assume the guy talking to himself wasa student, not one of the instructors)
