Default CSRS Demographic Assumptions

Does anyone know what the demographic assumptions used by the Board of Actuaries of the Civil Service System are and where to find them?

Google is being no help.

Thanks in advance!

This might be useful:
http://www.opm.gov/budget/FCBP_2006.pdf
see page 12, the third paragraph of Section E: "experience" doesn't really tell you much though. Maybe contacting the actuary directly would prove useful? (see page 64)

The report is only 2 years old....

Thanks! I think I might just have to contact the actuary and see what he has to say.
