Beyond an Excellent Study manual!

Dear all,

I would like to recommend PAK's study package to everyone. PAK's study package is not only an Excellent study manual, but an excellent personalize service. The reasons are below:

1. During the 5 months preparation, I had asked him many questions, from technical details to the exam strategic. He replied very fast and with quality reply.

2. Around 3 real questions are from his mock exams !

3. The condensed summary is very useful for us to concentrate the most important part.

Although I am not sure whether I can pass it or not, if I have to retake ERM, I will contact PAK again. Cheers.

No doubt, I will use his, since AFE syllabus doesn't change for Fall 2009!

He added many more features in his manual now, though.

I'm definitely in agreement here. PAK's amazing. His manual makes the material more understandable, it's in a very neat format (outlined & easy to read), and best of all, he's absolutely great with communicating with manual buyers. I'd definitely recommend PAK's manual again. If I fail AFE, it's because I personally did not use PAK's manual enough and did not spend enough time with it.

PAK's manual is definitely the best one out there for this exam! If you only use the manual, you will be pleased. But PAK goes above and beyond - with his quick responses to emails and AO posts.

This is the only manual that I didn't mind spending money on (twice) and would do it again. His mock exam nailed some real exam questions 100%.

His mock exam questions were spot on. His flashcards were great. His advice on studying for the exam was perfect. The sections that he told us to concentrate on were the sections that were tested.

His study manual was great to help in understanding the material and the condensed study guide was what I used to memorize.

If you want a shot at passing, buy the PAK Study Guide package. He keeps you focused on the right things at the right time.

You must be crazy not to use PAK's manual. Using PAK's manual will save you money, time and pain.

The summaries are setup neatly and are very reader friendly. The tips and advice are excellent, and he always has time for you. He also sets up exam style questions & tips what to expect in the exam; PAK also advises on exam technique, which is very important for written exams.

If you do not use PAK you will be doing yourself a huge dis-service. Great value for money.

I also liked the PAK manual but have to say that I have no experience with any other study manuals (I forgot how I passed the preliminaries, mostly relied on the past exams I think), so no comparison.

The number of AFE candidates in Fall 2008 was only 82 - as a matter of fact except for May 2008, AFE/8E/8F exams takers were very limited compared to other FSA exams, not over 100.

Imagine if going forward most people in the candidate pool buy the PAK manual, then with such a small sample how bad will the curve be? So I am a bit worried. (But Eddy, please see this as a compliment).
