Default How Do I Make My Spreadsheet Look Good?

Anyone have any good links/reads on improving spreadsheet design (specifically, appearance to enhance the end-user experience, and/or client output)?

Thanks VERY MUCH in advance! This is absolutely my weakest area in spreadsheet development.

Fancy you should mention that. I just closed out a series in CompAct on spreadsheet design [I named the series "The End Users Justify the Means"]
