Default Week 4 Fantasy Football help

I had to make a few moves early this morning but here is what I have now.

adding WR Mike Sims-Walker dropping Joe Nedney (started Nedney because Bironas was listed on the injury report.) Awaiting this claim to clear.

QB Matt Schaub vs Oak
WR Driver vs Min
WR Burleson vs Indy
WR toss up on Sim-Walker and Welker, Welker if healthy.
RB ADP vs GB
RB Glenn Coffee vs StL
TE Witten
K Bironas
Def Jets

Bench
Brees vs NYJ
Rice vs NE
Stalon vs Oak
Flacco vs NE

I really would like to start slaton but I don't wanna sit coffee. No way should I sit ADP, a little help please.

I'd play Slaton, he's the more established guy, Oakland D is only slightly better than St. Louis.

St. Louis seems to be surprisingly stout in the red zone this season (defensively). Teams can move the ball between the 20's, but don't seem to punch it in like you would expect. I mentioned picking up Coffee in the Week 3 thread, but that's because I have Grant playing Minnesota and Rice playing New England (LJohnson has NYG, but he'd be my drop anyway).

I think you give Slaton one more week to prove he can be your guy. But then I'm loyal to a fault with my first-rounders (I'm starting Forte again this week).

Here's my team:

QB: Romo, Orton
RB: CJohnson, RBrown, Cadillac, McCoy, DBrown, LJohnson
WR: Moss, Hester, Royal, Avant
TE: Celek
K: Crosby
DST: Bears

Bears should be a decent D against the Lions, but Bengals vs. Browns would clearly be the better choice. But I definitely need to address the WR situation, should I give Garcon WW priority over the Bengals? My gut feeling is yes, since Bears should give me a decent outing, also Niners vs. Rams might still be up there. Then again, I'm #9 on the priority list, so there's a good chance that none of the above will be available. I put in a claim for Detroit's Bryant Johnson in case that happens.

Will also need another TE due to bye week, definitely don't want to drop the #2 scoring TE in the league, will probably trade or dump LJ to fill this spot.

Default Trade Scenarios

My Team:
QB - ARodgers, MRyan
WR - AJohnson, ABryant, DHester, MMuhammad, JGage
RB - CJohnson, RGrant, RRice, GCoffee, LMcCoy
TE - DClark, KWinslow
K - MCrosby
DEF - Eagles

Friend's Team:
QB - PManning, DMcNabb
WR - BMarshall, THolt, BBerrian, LEvans, DAvery
RB - BWestbrook, FGore, RBush, LWashington, BWells
TE - AGates, JCarlson
K - DAkers
DEF - Bears

My friend emails me this morning asking who I want for Glen Coffee. He is on the ropes with injured tailbacks, so I think I can sell Coffee (and maybe McCoy) at a premium. Considering Ryan Grant is playing the Vikings, I was going to start Glen Coffee this week. McCoy is on a bye, but with BWest still a ?, I think there is value there.

Anyway, my issue is what mutually beneficial trade can I make that gives him Coffee, but improves my team more. It can't be obviously lopsided or he'll get pissed off and look elsewhere. But the situation clearly favors me, so I don't want to miss an opportunity.

So my trade ideas so far, feel free to weigh in, or develop completely separate ones:
  1. GCoffee for RBush straightup
  2. GCoffee & Grant/Rice for RBush & THolt
  3. GCoffee, LMcCoy, KWinslow for THolt & RBush
  4. GCoffee, MRyan, KWinslow/LMcCoy for RBush & DMcNabb

TIA

Why do you want Reggie Bush so badly? You do understand that Pierre Thomas is back and Bush is not likely to hold much fantasy value the rest of the season, right? Once Mike Bell returns, I'd even venture a guess that Bush will be all but a non-factor in the running game.

Frankly, I see nothing on his team that is that valuable to you (Holt has been disappointing in Jax and this Walker kid looks to be taking the #1 receiver spot). I MIGHT try to get Marshall, but I'm not exactly a fan of that situation. Do you think he'd give up Westbrook if you offer Coffee and Rice/Grant? If you believe Westbrook will return healthy this season, I think that could be a nice situation.

What he said. No reason for you to make a trade with him.

Not looking for Bush definitely. I just see him as the most likely RB he'd give up.

Not sure if he'd give up Marshall.

The Westbrook idea is a good one. If I hold onto McCoy, there would be good insurance even if his injury worsens.

Does anyone have Fred Taylor in your league? If not, why not grab him and try to make a two RB deal for Marshall.
