Default Question on CBT

When taking the test are you able to go back to questions you have already answered?
Because I know on some CBT they don't allow that (once you go on to a new question, you can not go back).

Also, can you use scratch paper, or do they have a laminated card???

I can't find information on this anywhere, but maybe I missed it.

Please let me know where I can find the answers to these questions.

Thanks.

Yes, you may go back and work on questions you've already answered. You can also mark ones that you're unsure of and want to look over. There's demo of the CBT that you can find online.

They also provide you with a 30 page booklet for scratch paper, but if you fill that up you must turn it in and they give you a new one. Make sure you get a 30 page one, when I went in they handed me a 5 page booklet, I told them that this test required a 30 page booklet since there was a lot of calculation to be done.

Pretty much everything you need to know is here:

The CBT is well executed.

For each question, when you come to it, you can (i)answer it, (ii) answer it and mark it to come back to later, (iii) skip it, (iv) skip it and mark it.

When you're all done, you'll be given a chart of the questions you've marked and the questions you haven't yet answered. You can go back and look at any of the questions at any time.

If you have a question that you know you can't compute, you can just guess. If there's a question where you know it'll take a while to calculate, or it's going to require a formula that you can't quite remember at the moment, you can guess and mark it (or just mark it).

Work out your own system, the CBT seems able to assist you in your test-organization.

Good luck!

ActuarialCBT is simulating the real exam. It has the same features as the real one.
