Default reimbursement plans and indemnity plans

What is the difference between reimbursement plans and indemnity plans in individual life and health insurance?
Thanks!

i think that by reimbursement you pay the cost and then u got to IC to claim for reimbursement and then IC pays u

and in the case of indemnity plan u dont need to pay because your IC pays

thats how i would explain but not sure about it
