Default Recommendations for NYC day trip this weekend

My Girlfriend hasn't been to NYC (when old enough to remember) And I've only been a couple times. What should I add in there before the Broadway show? Any good lunch places? I'm coming from the Philadelphia area. And would like to just have to park once in the city.

Current plans are as follows:
Phantom of the Opera @ 2:00 - 4:30 (44th & Broadway)
Cafe Un Deux Trios @ 5:00 - 6:00 (44th & Broadway)
Ice Skating at the Rock @ 6:30 - 8:30 (49th & 5th)

I think we may do some looking at the window displays along 5th ave. Any stores I should definitely make a trip by?

FAO Shwartz
Macy's
Bloomingdales
Barneys
Saks
Lord and Taylor
Bergdorf Goodmans

There's also ice skating in Central Park which may be less crowded:

What does your gf like to shop for?

Macy's is at 7th and 34th. 5th & 53rd is lots of upscale shopping--Saks, Henri Bendel, lots of boutiques. It's a great shoe spot. Ferragamo, Jimmy Choo are in that area.

Ellen's Stardust could be good for lunch, or just walk around and eat off street carts, walk through Central Park.

Might want to check if Intrepid or SS NewYork are open for tours

Top of Empire State for a view

Not sure if any Christmasy stuff will be up (Windows at Sacs or Lord & Taylor)

Also, one in Bryant Park, on 40th and 6th which is free, not sure about uncrowded as have not been.

I can't guarantee but as the Christmas tree lighting is Wednesday, I would expect they would have it up.

There is sort of a Christmas market at Union Square which might interesting to walk. Union Square is always a good destination.

If it's rainy, the Time Warner center is here--decent shopping, decent restaurants. Go to the lobby of the hotel that's there and have brunch/drinks in the lobby--nice view of Central Park.
