I hope to god (for Apple's sake) the name is more clever than iTablet or iPad. I'm in the minority of folks that actually don't really like the name iSlate, but will admit it's better than the former two.

I really wish Apple would get away from iNaming everything. I'd almost prefer "MacTouch" or "Apple Touch Pro" or something similar.

Just let it be more of a laptop than iphone and i'll be 1st in line. Let me open excel and take notes on it at work, then i can bring it home and play poker on it and use it as a better-than-netbook box. I don't ask for much.

For appealing to the creative types, they certainly don't come up with creative names.

Saying we're coming out with a tablet is like saying we've got a new Laser disc player to me. But I thought the iPhone was overrated and here I am with one today. So we'll see if they really do have a secret. I'll never eRead my books (until forced), so if that's the big appeal, I'm out.

i'm hoping more in the lines of a laptop upgrades, i5/i7 processors etc. as well as an update to ilife etc.
