Default So, I got called down to HR again...

A few months ago some crazy chick in the department reported me to HR for sexual harassment! It was ridiculous but I was like fine, I'll leave her alone I won't bother her. All I ever did in the first place was try to be nice to her anyway, I never touched or threatened her or anything like that. Just called her on the phone and sent her some messages and that was IT!

So anyway, we work in the same department so of course I have to have SOME contact with her once in a while. Apparently I need to literally treat her like she doesn't exist or I get reported to HR. She's crazy, everyone in the department know it. She only has one friend, and he's this weird religion hating guy that's just trying to get in her pants anyway!

How do I find a good lawyer in case I need one? I have a wife and kids and don't need the kind of trouble she is causing!

Lesson learned: don't try to be nice to crazy people.

aside: You work with Dr John Zoidberg? Who'da thunk it?

Never acknowledge that this person exists. Don't talk to her, dont email. If someone asks about her, pretend you don't know who it is. When she gets mad and comes to talk to you, report her for sexual harrassment.

contact an employment lawyer. they should give you a free phone consultation. most likely they will tell you nothing can be done other than to stay clear of this idiot.

It is obvious she wants you. Strip down naked and walk into her cube. If she screams, claim that she undressed you and harrassed you.

Reminds me of great SNL skit with Tom Brady on workplace harrassment.

Add an icepick, and it's also Basic instinct.

Add a trip to Colombia and a search for a giant emerald,....
