Offer: May 2011
Start: May 2011
Field: Health
Location: Texas
Exams: 2
Internship: Life Insurance
GPA < 3.0

Took 12 months since graduating with a BS in Actuarial Science, but finally landed an actuarial job with a health insurance company. Commute decreasing by 80%, Salary increasing by 40% - can't wait to start! To those still in school, get your GPA over 3.0 and get those first two exams under your belt; it will make life easier when you graduate.

Hey, the guy who responded to my first AO post on the February FM thread! Man, appreciated your advice then and really happy to see you found something. And local to where you live too by the look of it. Nice work!
