Yeah I saw your tweet. It didn't work for me on the first update. I waited weeks and weeks for it.

My father-in-law bought one and the first thing it did when we turned it on and hooked it up to his account was install an update. Not sure what the deal is.

I have the non-touch, non-keyboard Kindle and it does not have an over-the-air install process. Only download.

Weird. Maybe if I had signed out/in it would have helped. I didn't try that. Of course that seems like more of a pain than connecting an USB cable.
