Default How'd you like the "All 10" manual?

I'm planning to take Exam 7 in the Spring. Can anyone tell me if the manual is pretty "self-contained", as in, do I need to read all of the articles AND work through the manual? Or does the manual cover the articles thoroughly enough that I may not have to read some or all of the articles?

You need to read the articles, even though All 10 is a very good manual. No manual covers everything, and I find it is easier to grasp the general concept if I read through the original material at least once. Read the material for comprehension, then study from the manual.

My 2 cents, anyway. Others may differ.

Completely agree with Maine-iac. I used All10 for both 5 and 6 and will use it for 7 and have found that although complete, it doesn't cover everything. No manual can. That being said, I have used many of the manuals out there and IMO All10 does the best to cover the material.

I didn't like All-10 that much. I said in another thread that it seemed disorganized and unedited. The worst thing a manual can do is have errors.

Yes it did have errors in the accounting section of Exam 6.
However, I liked the reserving sections

I like All-10 very much. I read the exam material and the ALL-10 at the same time and I add or edit material as warranted.

Then I only study from my enhanced ALL-10.
