Of all the causes of astronaut insanity, getting a fly caught inside your space helmet is probably in the top three.

I prefer ADW EX launcher to the base - but that is a personal preference (plus I use it on all my devices - so it makes its nice consistency).

Lost my Titanium backup in the transition (knew I should have synced with dropbox) - so I'm busy downloading a ton of apps.... (all I really lost were saved games, which I can live with). Lost superuser for a bit two. Calendar and google plus is giving me some issues....

Camera's not working yet (although it sounds like the 3g/4g Rom fixed the problem - so I expect a quick fix on this)...
Netflix may be broken

Basic feeling - it's smoother than the HC. The swype to clear the notification is heads and shoulders better than CM7 feature.

If you look at your app library on http://market.android.com, you can see every app you ever installed. It does include ones that you later uninstalled, but it is a good place to start.

It's good for remembering what I bought, but it's not so good with free apps.

ROM #2 (from EOS (Tiamat)) seems to be much more harmonious. I've got my calendar back. Yeah!

It also helped that I removed Clockwork from the xoom and used Rogue recovery instead. That version can see the external SD card - which is much better to flash with.

Plus, I was ultra-paranoid this time around - with the back-up ROM on the desktop as well as Titanium backup synched to Dropbox.

--------

I've noticed that ICS is much faster than HC. I uninstalled an app in a eye blink. I think the camera may still be down - but the two ROMs appear to be pretty stable.

Ok, maybe I have a bug then, because in the My Library section, it shows apps that I installed and then uninstalled the first day I had my Evo as still being installed. Pretty much a compendium of everything I've ever installed from the market, ever.

I'm not sure exactly why it does that. Probably because it can't keep track of all the devices and changes that I go through.

For the most part, it's no big deal. I've got stuff across multiple devices, so I usually know what I've got and missing by comparing.

Spending a bit too much time with Android. Not going to find the relevant AOSP on discounting with a search....

Rolling ICS on my Evo now. The camera is broken which is my main concern, but it isn't a huge deal since I usually have my tablet with me and the camera on there is better than the Evo since the lens on it is cracked.

So far, I'm loving it.
