Do early test takers have an advantage, either by being prepared more or by getting an exam version that is easier to pass?

"Easier" exams have a higher pass mark than more "difficult" exams. Not sure how that would be any advantage.

There is no way you'd get a large enough sample to give you anything conclusive from this poll.

Even if you did, I personally can't see how there can be any statistically significant correlation between passing and when you took the test

And if there was a correlation, I'd think it would have more to do with which types of students choose to take it earlier vs later.

I did a similar poll for P when I passed, and there was no stand out date that had way more people passing.

ITA. The more prepared students are far more likely to take the Big Quiz earlier (get it done with!). That's not to say that there are highly prepared students taking it later since that time fits better in their schedule (for whatever reason).
