it is going ok now. already completed asm's manual. Im going to cycle through four to five chapters a day doing five or so problems from each that i didnt do in the first pass. attempted asm pe 1 a while back to see where i was and failed miserably and didnt even look at the solutions so i can retake the exam fresh. took exam 7 two days ago and got 24/35 with three correct guesses but missed 4 or 5 due to simple mistakes. but the real exam doesnt care how minor they are which is somehting i need to iron out in the next six weeks. im going to post my practice exam scores, if anyone else is interested in a little friendly competition.

TIA
#1 16 retake 25
#2 19 retake 26
#3 21
#4 20 retake 26
#5 22

ASM/order/score
1 4 24
2 6 19
3 1 19
4 7 19
5 5 21
6 3 21
7 2 24
8 9 21
9 8 21
10 not wasting my time

(I am taking ASM's at random due to past experience with varying difficulty)

I'll finish my first read through of the ASM manual either this week or next week. It's like I'm finally seeing a light at the end of a dark, neverending tunnel.

Gonna have an entire month doing nothing but practice exams and problems. Everything's going just as planned.

First pass through ASM completed. Through SOA #225. I started studying much earlier than I normally have for exams and was through first pass of the ASM manual in mid-June. I realized that if I were to keep going at the pace I was, then I would be completely burnt out by August 10th. I've been doing light review and the SOA problems the past couple weeks (about 10-15 per day). I hope to finish by the weekend and start heavy review again after the long weekend.

I am similar to Mr F. I finished ASM and all the questions except the practice exams in early June. I took a bit of a break for a trip home for a good friends wedding and now I am starting to get back to review. I am working on the TIA practice problems this weekend and hope to have them complete by Friday. I think I might start with the TIA practice exams next.

Most people I work with passed the May sitting, so I hope it is finally my time!

Yeah. I've never studied this much for other prelims. Hopefully hard work does pay off. I have heard some hardworkers had been slaughtered by this exam even though they were very confident with 25+ questions in the actual exam.. ARGHHHH This is SCARY! I wish that I can get through it!
