Enjoying the holiday and then distributing your "lost" study time over several days might keep you sane and help you pass the exam.

I'm still booing.

I just realized that there is only a little over a month left to study for C, so I rescheduled my exam to the last day the exam is offered.

I am having a hard time staying on track. I've made a new schedule every week for a month, and I never seem to be close to making it. Been pretty stagnant for a while. It's been hard to study ever since I got a real actuarial job and found out I passed both MLC and MFE/3F in May.

I'm through 30 lessons in ASM 11th edition. I've heard horrifying things about the Variance of MLEs lesson, so I think I will skip it for now (I did the same thing with a couple of tough lessons on reserves in MLC). Looking through the later chapters, it looks like some of them are shorter, so I'm hoping the latter half will go a bit more smoothly.

Planning on doing 2-3 lessons per day, more if I can manage it - ideally finishing around July 17. Then I'll review the manual as fast as possible, doing the even problems, and do practice exams the week before I take the test on August 15th.

Oh, and during that time I also have to move and start my new job. Better crack open the books
