I particularly love the "middle class men are in a bind" and "lady gaga" parts.

Even when Paglia runs off the rails [maybe esp. when she does so], she's a great read.

I've been following her columns for years. They run stuff from her in Salon from time to time still, I think.

I skimmed that thing yesterday, will have to read for comprehension today. I haven't read her in a long time, but based on the salon columns I used to read from her, I expect to see crystal wisdoms that resonate with me when I read her (I actually don't remember anything specific regarding hetero relations, though -- more political stuff), and occasionally things that make no sense to me. There is quite possibly a good amount of sense in what she is talking about here, but I think she missed the biggest question/issue in this female viagra pill -- unless I am mistaken about what a female viagra pill does...

And I can't get back into the times. Can someone at least explain female Viagra to me? Is it akin to an aphrodisiac (which male viagra is NOT)? What is it supposed to do?
