Default Difficulty of later FM material?

For those who have taken FM, does the math get any more complicated then varying applications of simple integration? I'm a bit behind in my studying, but none of the FM material I've covered has gone beyond pretty simple single integrals.

Maybe a better question would be what would you say was the hardest topic to grasp on the FM syllabus? As I said, I'm somewhat lagging behind considering I'm sitting in August and am considering sitting at a later date, but if the material doesn't get progressively harder, as I found it to in P, then I am relatively (maybe foolishly) confident that I have a fair shot.

Thanks for your help, my bad if this has been discussed before.

I don't think calculus is really an issue for FM. I recall only seeing any kind of integration over accumulating using force of interest and continuous annuities definitions.

The latter stuff as far as the syllabus goes (which I am assuming is the DM material) wasn't very rigorous, at least for my exam, but I've heard differing opinions.

I have heard the exam has gotten harder as the sittings have progressed, I don't know if thats true or not, or how you would gauge that, but I have read in other posts that immunization and dedication seemed to be heavily tested on compared to the amount of attention it gets in the manuals.

I would definitely agree with this.

Not exactly sure. If you are using an ASM manual or the textbook, look them up in the index. There are different versions of the ASM manual and we may have different ones.
