Default How does your garden grow?

Tell us what you're planting in farmville. Or tell us about real life. It's all good.

I kill pretty much everything I've tried to grow. No green thumbs here.

I would lose my self-respect planting cranberries, since they wouldn't grow here. YMMV.

I spoilered it to make it a little nicer. But I don't play Farmville, and everything I try to grow in real life dies.

Cucumbers, green beans, basil, cilantro, lettuce, radishes, tomatoes, peppers (bell), pumpkins.
That is what is growing this season, in real life. rosemary and something I don't recall didn't grow so good.

Try farmville. Anything will grow. Even cranberries. Just harvest in time.

In real life, anyone can grow zucchini.

Tried growing tomatoes in a Topsy Turvy (went with the actual brand name this year, since the homemade one last year crapped out) and some green peppers in pots on the back porch. Ended up taking the pots to our friends' house because they actually get sunlight on their porch. We've got two tomatoes growing on the TT. I really need to learn to garden better.

I'm considering turning my kids old sandbox (5' x 4') into a "square foot" garden, and building it into a cart so I can wheel it out to the turkey mound in the morning where it will get sun, and putting it in the garage at night so the deer wont eat it. First problem is I made the sandbox out of treated wood, so I'd have to line the inside with plastic or something. Also, not sure it's worth doing until I know if we can actually grow a frickin crop!

Thanks, but I'm not on facebook and have zero desire to be.

And actually, the remains of the pumpkins we threw into the side garden from halloween have been sprouting, so I'll answer pumpkins. It's a very sincere patch
