Default Recruiting call from Perennis Corp - any experience?

I got a phone call from Perennis Corp. They didn't explicitly state they were an actuarial recruiting firm in the message, but a google search of their phone number brought up the company name. Then a google search of that brought up recruiting. Anyone have experience with this company? Info is bare on the Internets.

No extra info here, but I just got the same, shady call. Caller left a voicemail and did even identify herself as a recruiter. Just "This is xxx. Please call me back at this number." Company details seem very sparse on Google, even. Not a great way to brand your recruiting company!

I agree that one shouldn't respond to this kind of message.
