I heard from someone, or read somewhere, that when a man and a woman are sleeping in the same room, the man should sleep closest to the door. Ostensibly, to protect the woman from a possible intruder.
Was I dreaming that? No one in the office here ever remembers hearing anything like that. |

What if the intruder is under the bed? The woman should be sleeping on top of the man.

My wife told me this once. Then one day when we moved and had setup the bed so that the opposite side of the bed was towards the door, I pointed out that I now had to sleep on the otherside of the bed. She admitted to me that she said that so she could have the side she wanted.
