Default Recommended Order for Group and Health FSA Exams and Modules

The recommended order for group and health is:

1) Financial and Health Economics Module
2) Health Foundations Module
3) DP Examination
4) CSP Examination
5) Pricing, Reserving and Forecasting Module

Are most people following the recommended order?

I haven't started any of the modules and wrote CSP and DP this year and didn't pass either exam. I'm wondering if I'm missing something by not doing the modules first. For those of you that did the modules first, was it helpful in preparing for the exams?
