Default APM 2010 Q22

Is it just me or some of the solutions to this question seems kind of off.

You would think that given that you have quite a huge bloc of retired life, when answering the question, you would put a much greater importance in meeting this CF strain and somehow finding a way to build your asset bloc for your active members.

The way the answer is designed is seems to completely ignore this fact.

Is it just me or am I completely missing the boat?
