Default South Dakota: Justifiable Homicide to include murder

as long the the victim is an abortion doctor?

Sounds like it only applies if it's your unborn child, sibling, or grandchild, or the unborn child of your "master, mistress, or servant". Don't know what those last three entail, but the first three seem pretty uncommon that someone would be looking to off the abortion doc. I guess grandchild I could see.

But still pretty effed up in general. It's one thing to be a pro-life legislator, quite another to say "Let's pass a bill making it legal to kill an abortion doctor"

I'm sure the conservatives on here will find some biblical justification for this

That part is if you are killed while pregnant, or beaten or something else while pregnant and wanted to deliver, that the accused could be tried for murder/double murder.

could someone kill their spouse because the spouse kept feeding them unhealthy and it could be argued that they were trying to kill them via cholesterol?

Wait, think I read that wrong.

If you try to kill an unborn child, Id agree that homicide is justified in preventing that, assuming the person isn't a doctor hired by the mom to perform an otherwise legal action of her own choosing.
