Default GRASP card 624 - Operational Risks Affecting Health Insurers

Starts with item #12, billing and collections.

Am I missing the first 11 things on the list, or is numbered wrong?

Wierd. Mine is numbered 1 - 11. It's probably numbered wrong, as long as you have the 11 items on your list....

Even if there were more than 11, what'd be the point of memorizing them all?

I hadn't used GRASP materials in a while before this sitting. The one thing that is really frustrating is the number of typos especially in the manual. When I read the outlines I'd always have a pencil handy to make corrections. Other times it seems like there information missing for a particular point. BTW, did you notice that the Pricing Risks cards, 623a & b, are a continued list of 14 items but are listed 1-7 and 1-7?

So, which ones aren't important enough to memorize?

You can usually get full credit for a question requiring that you regurgitate a list if you remember most of the items on it. So, I'd choose to not memorize the items that are the most difficult to memorize. Which I can do without even trying!

Unfortunately, they don't ask many "regurgitate a list" questions anymore.

I don't think it's as unfortunate as it was last year, when we didn't know it would be that way. At least we have a head's up this time around.
