How the plan may differ

I wrote down a few risks (Lack of working employee, Incompetence,
Managerial Problems etc) and their potential solutions. but these
risks are pretty common in all three scenarios. EOM exercise
specifically asks that how the plan may differ for each scenario. i am
stuck on this part. any ideas?

P.S: I haven't done any reading, so i don't know, i might be missing
something.
