Default Pass Percentage and Names are up

Nice to see the name there on the list

and 19/30 was indeed the pass mark this time. 52.1% effective passing, which seems a little bit higher than usual?

The effective pass rate has historically been in the 45% to 55% range, so I wouldn't say it's too high.

and i think it may be a reasonable assumption that with the 2012 change, candidates had a greater sense of urgancy to pass thus more prepared to pass.
