Default Scope, Scope paragraph or Relevant comments

Past exam questions are not clear regarding the specific sections:

2002 Q71 Provide a paragraph on reinsurance collectibility to include in the Scope section of the Statement of Actuarial Opinion.

Should be relevant comments section?

2004 Q28 The Scope paragraph of the SAO should include all of the following issues except one.

Should be relevant comments section?

2005 Q39 Specifically identify the items and amounts to be included in the Scope paragraph of the SAO.

Scope Exh? Scope paragraph is very short without amounts.

Do I misunderstand something or the exam is not quite clear?

Without answering your question directly, remember that the instructions for the SAO are revised every year (I think) and it's possible that the layout of the SAO in the years covered by the older exams are different than the 2010 SAO which is currently on the syllabus.

That's also what I was thinking. Thanks!
