I have registered for the November MLC sitting and i plan to sit for MFE on April.I am currently working in an non actuarial position and i will probably be unemployed by the end of the month.Given that time won't be an issue and assuming i have the money would it be possible to complete all VEE(all 5 courses) through NEAS on January sitting?I have already completed P/FM/C starting Nov'10 while working ~50 hours per week.
Am i being too ambitious?Any input? Last edited by d45; 09-09-2011 at 09:07 AM.. Reason: grammar,dates |

Just a few opinions:
1) If you're planning on completing them all between Nov and Jan that does seem like a lot. 2) NEAS is maddening! Try CLEP for Econ, CPCU 540 for Fin, and anything but NEAS for Stats. 3) VEE courses will probably be overlooked on your resume, especially amongst all the exams you're going to have on there. I'd spend that time seeking employment instead. Good luck! WF |

NEAS is highly disorganized and frustrating. Typos on the final exams, typos in the homeworks, homeworks that reference future reading materials or items not on the syllabus/final exam, infrequent/poor feedback to questions, the list goes on.
