Default What is my fair share?

So I've heard a lot of posturing by the president that wealthy people and corporations must pay their "fair share." What does that mean? How much is one's fair share, and how is it determined?

I think we should eliminate taxes and make everyone pay a usage fee. Maybe they could have a fee schedule for police, fire and highway usage. This way everyone pays their fair share.
