Youre a good candidate but who knows whats going on in canada. It seems like they have many candidates with 5 exams, two internships and high GPAs. However those kids are from AS so you might get lucky and find a company that actually hires non AS grads.
If I were you I would stick to the oil biz for a few years with the prospect of eventually switching into some kind of high finance job related to the energy sector.

Just learned today that in our broader group for CA students they get about 270 applicants per year, and hire about 3, so, even though actsci can look tough it's not like there's an easy button these days to get a job elsewhere.

The doom and gloom is relative to actuarial science being ranked one of the top jobs. It's not that it's a bad career option so much as the gravy train is probably over. Some industries are contracting, others are taking off. There are a lot of variables here. In any case, 6 figure salary for FSA/FCAS for life? Pretty safe bet still.

I think making it so just about the first thing the reader sees is "Product Engineer with Oil Company" is a really bad idea. Don't make the reader wonder right away if the resume got sent to the wrong place or something. Having 3 exams at the top will make it clear that it is in the right place.
Don't leave out articles. Product Engineer with an Oil Company reads so much easier and takes up almost no more space.
