If you are talking about executive levels in the US - perhaps it is cultural. Or any number of factors. Do you see me on here complaining about the dearth of white executives in Japanese companies?
OK

A 2005 study of elite college admissions by Espenshade and Chung showed that Asians would need a 1550 to be on par with Whites who scored 1410 on the SAT.

Silly you, thinking that Asians understand how to use Latin correctly.

We are talking about the work place here - not the fantasy land of colleges with diversity quotas and affirmative actions policies. Try to follow the thread.

I actually haven't worked for/seen any Asian managers at good ole American corporations at all. The only time I reported to an Asian was when I worked for a body shop for a Y2K project and the company that provided the donkeys was based in the USA with a subsidiary in India.
Clearly, the ratio of Asian managers to employees is less than the ratio of whites/blacks to employees in the places I have worked at. Not sure about hispanic, I don't think I've seen too many hispanic managers either.

Not sure whether it's because of an inherent bias against promoting Asians, or the lack of leadership/people skills appropriate to an American corporate environment amongst Asian donkeys or a little bit of both.

I didn't actually contribute anything to the discussion.
Carry on.
