ASM 44.27

I am not understand the solution to this problem...can someone help me out..thanks.

q65^(prime of 1) = 0.035
q65^(prime of 2) = 0.020
q65^(prime of 3) = ----

Decrements 1 and 2 are UDD over each year of age in the ASD tables

tp65^(prime of 3) = 1-.01t for 0 < equal t <1
= 0 for t=1

find q65^(3)
