I also got MW3 and will 100% play Skyrim at some point. But Skyrim is a single player game that is easier for me to push back and pick up once the price drops.

There are a ton of highly rated games recently out and out soon. Ratings from gamespot

Dark Souls :9.5
MW3: 8.5
Skyrim: 9.0
Batman:Arkham City: 9.0
Gears of War 3: 9.5
Battlefield 3: 8.5
Saints Row: The Third: 8.5

I'm guessing the new Assassins Creed will be highly rated

for video games consumer reviews are better. i think you should sort by metacritic user reviews.

gamespot got in trouble awhile back for taking money to review a game postively.

You probably shouldn't base your decision on the scores. Everyone probably has a preference on the type of game that they like to play. Espeically Dark Souls, do not play it if you don't know what kind of frustration it can bring.
