I know you just started playing guitar 6 weeks ago and are really excited, but you do not want to put Fender up against Ibanez. I mean, if you are arguing which has the most shitty starter guitars, then yeah you do.

That said, you are both wrong, Caparison.

Did you quote my post by mistake? Your comment has nothing to do with my post.

The problem with you saying that Fender cannot be in the discussion for best guitar is that by saying that you have tipped your hand and we know you haven't spend any time there as a guitarist and then we wonder why you said that in the first place.

You and ORLYLOL have misplaced USA pride and make it clear that you have almost zero experience with the rest of the world (wrt guitar) and so you come off as homers and fanboys.

Try playing an Ibanez before you tell us how much it sucks compared to the Fender next time.

I'd also like to say it's logically impossible for us to be both wrong, as he said "A" and I said "not A"

I'm sure Caparison makes very fine guitars. But not every guitarist wants to be in a butt rock band. And I'm gonna go ahead and take exception to the attitude that metal guitarists are the best guitar players in the world. I'm sorry, but playing pentatonic scales really quickly just doesn't impress me.

So you've given a reason for not being impressed by blues guitarists, but I don't see a reason for not being impressed by heavy metal guitarists.

You are one of the first people on here to criticize people for playing, say, ESP. You are the guitar snobs of the world buster.

Maybe playing them slowly does impress him?

He caused a crack in the cement below a Manhattan apartment building.
