Default Low speed internet
At my parent's, my blackberry can load the AO faster than their internet can, I've been waiting about 3 minutes to get a 2 minute youtube video, how can people live like this!

It's not dial up, just super slow "high speed" internet, cheap *******s, I should give them money to upgrade it for whenever I'm here.

My parents had dial-up until a year ago. They were too cheap to spend the extra $15 a month on it. They probably have around a 7 figure savings.

Basically a suburb, although on the furthest out ring, so you get a little bit of rural mixed in the area nearby.
