Weird coincidence. Yesterday I was StumbleUpon'ing around the internetz, and I found Pinterest. I said to my wife "check out this site" and she said "are you kidding? Give me the computer."

Then she logged into her account and showed me all her Pinnage.

Every chick I know is on this site. Exactly zero guys I know are on this site. Also, WTF is up with sending someone an invite to be on the list to be on the waiting list to be invited to use a website? This is obviously some sort of marketing ploy right? Artificial scarcity?

people like looking at funny/interesting/visually appealing pictures on the internet? this particular place has drawn mostly chicks to it for whatever reason.

my wife's into it, I am not. I think it's a pretty well-designed website and a well-executed idea, though.
