Default Is 3 months enough time to prepare?

Just finished pre-lims and am debating between studying for 5 in May or studying for 6 in fall...is there any chance of being prepared enough to pass with only 3 months of studying for 5?

three months is enough so long as you put in the hours.

I think it very doable if you put in the hours.

Another idea: Knock out Online Course 1 & 2 in the next couple of months. They are easier but you still have to put a good amount of time to pass both. Not saying it's a good or bad idea, just throwing it out there for you.

If you need more than 3 months for 5, then you are going to have a tough time for preparing for 6U (which is much more of a beast). So I think 5 is more-than-doable in 3 months.

I sure hope it's enough because that's basically all I'm able to give it.

The material in exam 5 is very approachable (though there is a lot of it!). There is a chance of passing, depending somewhat on whether the material "clicks."

Of course, there is no chance of passing if you don't sit for it.

+1 for sitting for Exam 5 now. At the very least, it'll give you a better indicator of what you'll need to do for Exam 6 (either U or C) in the fall.
